Moustapha arranged all excursions. He customized each experience to my interests. He recommended restaurants. I tasted the best local cuisine. He booked a taxi and ensured someone walked me back to the riad LATE at night. I really appreciated the gesture of safety.
The riad was slightly smaller than I anticipated based on the online pictures.

The room was cleaned daily. It was super clean. Fresh flowers and the way the bed got made every day were a lovely touch. The room included many lighting options.

the location was indeed close to the main square. it was acceptable.
i had requested a service several days before my arrival. it was guaranteed at a certain cost, but it was not performed. i was not informed and had to ask again. when i finally received it, the quality was ridiculous.

The breakfast offered a great variety. The staff was willing to accommodate my daughter who is gluten free.
I requested a service several days before my arrival and I was guaranteed it. I had to ask for it again, and when I received it, it was of ridiculous quality.
